This is maybe my first festive winter snack of year. I am now best friends with the staff at Kichizoh. This is yōkan dorayaki, with a snowman! Yōkan is a thick red bean jelly and dorayaki is a kind of little pancake. I usually prefer yōkan or mizu yōkan in the summer but this was too cute to pass up.
