I went to Ohori Terrace in Ohori Koen (Park) near me with a friend. It was my first time there but I will definitely go back. The upstairs is cute and quiet and has a nice view of the park. Great for dog watching. The downstairs has a nice shop where I picked up more matcha.
My red bean monaka (wafer?) was pretty good. It’s been so long since I had matcha prepared by someone else so it was a nice treat.
