I’m incredibly lucky and can work wherever I want with pretty flexible hours. Today I spent the day working with a friend at Ohori Terrace. It’s got huge windows, a great vibe and my favourite – matcha sets. The sweet in this set is an interesting blend of 和食・washoku (Japanese style food) and 洋食・yōshoku (western style food). It’s a little piece of chocolate cake that has a brownie texture topped with sweetened red beans. Really amazing. There’s been a few red bean/chocolate sweets I’ve seen this year and it’s quickly becoming a favourite of mine.
