Another びわ・biwa・apricot treat, this time with the real thing! This wagashi is filled with white bean paste and is from Rabbit Moon・兎月, a long-standing favourite of mine. They have a really great take-out window system but I can’t wait to go back into the store someday. Until then I’m happy to try every single new thing they have.
