A really adorable crane flying over a mountain of sweet red beans. I don’t usually go for these types of sweets but I was surprised by the soft and smooth texture. In other news, I got new matcha powder and I am struggling a lot with it, as you may be able to tell from the picture. I was discouraged, but it is very interesting to learn how much you have to adapt to your product. I’ll try to experiment more with water temperature and pre-warming the matcha bowl.
